I loved everything! The lessons, the environment, the sharing of personal experiences from instructors, the movement breaks, our time on our islands practicing the meditations, and the poems. I have recognized a kinder, calmer feeling when doing my home practice, feeling more connected with myself and want to continue to make this a way of life. I am now kinder to me and find myself kinder and more understanding towards others. I definitely recommend this course to everyone!!
